Fourier series is the sum (possibly infinite) of the simplest oscillating functions, sines and cosines, used to represent arbitrary periodic functions.

This model demonstrates the kinematic interpretation of a Fourier series as a curve traced by the endpoint of the sum of several vectors of different lengths rotating with different angular velocities.
